Yes, in 56 years I've had a few claims with no problem. Nothing major, but they were johnny on the spot when my car was broken into at a motel when we were on the road. I also have home owners with them, and when my Minnesota house froze up solid one winter they quickly covered over $3K in damages. I don't think you can go wrong with USAA. By the way, it's the top rated car insurance company in the just received June Consumer Repots Magazine.
